My Bridge Home ARCH Program provides the following:
- Affordable Homes for sale
- Pre-education, mortgage certification, down payment, and closing cost assistance based on applicants' qualifications (partner Affiliations) .
- MBH Grants provide interest rate buydown, maintenance reserves (condo fees for maint/repairs)
- Mandatory 60-month Post-Mortgage Education Program (quarterly classes) for all MBH grant recipients. Grants are forgiven upon the applicants' completion of the Post-Education Program.
- Additional Grant Assistance may be available
Bridge Back
My Bridge Home BRIDGE BACK CARE and TRANSITION HOUSING is an initiative that provides housing and services designed to transition Retired Football Players, Veterans, and American Indians back into society. The My Bridge Home series includes transitional and permanent housing with the goal of home ownership.
Circle Of Life
My Bridge Home CIRCLE OF LIFE LINKS is an initiative that provides services through our affiliations:
Traumatic Brain injury diagnosis and treatment.
Men, women, and children's healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Comprehensive Services including Mental health, substance use disorder, social services, care coordination, nutrition, assistance with insurance enrollment, and legal assistance services.
Pillar
My Bridge Home PILLAR PROGRAM is the Reconciliation Initiative that provides rich life experiences and education. Content building through virtual programming and membership with a focus on "Education is Entertainment." Topics include Introduction to affordable homeownership, Financial Literacy, Cultural Awareness, and Humanitarian Practices. The Membership Program includes computer gifting and internet services.
